"We have had 6 or 7 different State Farm Agents since I started driving back in the 1980's at 15. The only reason we changed since having Tony was because of Katrina and moving to Houston. He is by far the most helpful agent we have ever had. Even after moving to Houston and having a different State Farm Agent, Tony has helped with advice on different issues (even when our current agent is not very helpful). If I could leave him as our agent, even though we are in a different state, I absolutely would. In fact, I had left our insurance through his office for a couple of years after Katrina, but found out the Auto insurance rates going through New Orleans instead of Houston were over $200 a year more per car (in 2005), so we had to move to a Texas agent."
